I have a whole new attitude towards life after completing the HCG diet for 27 days. I went from 116 pounds to 97, which doesn't seem like a lot, but it is on my petite 5'0 body. My body fat went from 24.5% to 19%. The thigh and abdomen weight is gone. I love my body even more than ever now. As an athlete this is very important. I can't even count the number of diets that I have been on throughout my life. From fasts to Blood-type, Cleansers, Fat Smashes and Weight Watchers... these are only but a few.
I am now 50 years old, and what I found was that even though I would go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and work out hard, and follow the Weight Watcher's diet (the point system), I still couldn't lose any significant weight.
